Every class at CrossFit Wichita is coach-led and follows a structured 60-minute format.
Workouts are adjusted in weight, intensity, and complexity to match your current fitness level, whether you are brand new or experienced.
Each session includes a warm-up, movement instruction and demonstration, the workout, and real-time coaching throughout. Your coach will supervise and correct your movement to ensure safety, efficiency, and progress.
